Current Status on Federal Legislation that Impacts Medicaid and MCHP!

 

7/1/08:  President Bush has signed the  Supplemental Spending bill into law.  the bill included moratoria on six of the seven CMS Medicaid rules.  The moratoria on all six rules will expire in April 2009.
