Primary Adult Care Program

The Primary Adult Care Program or PAC is a health care program for low income adults age 19 and over who have minimum income and assets. PAC covers the cost of prescriptions, primary care, mental health care, and other limited services. Individuals do not need to have a medical condition to qualify. PAC does not cover inpatient or outpatient hospital services, hospital emergency room services, specialty services, or EPSDT services.
