Family
Support Services
Developmental
Disabilities Administration
The
Family Support Program can provide respite care, adaptive toys, and
social/recreational opportunities and other services for children with
disabilities and
their families. Unlike the two previous programs listed, this
program is not an entitlement and there is a waiting list for program
services. Families who have a child who meets the program
criteria are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
Families
who are the on the waiting list may be able to use "rolling
access" dollars to meet more immediate needs.
