Baltimore Bridge Program

The Baltimore Bridge program is a dues subsidized health insurance plan from Kaiser Permanente for low income uninsured individuals who have no access to affordable health care coverage and are not eligible for any public or private health insurance coverage.

Bridge was designed to assist people who are facing short-term problems, therefore membership at subsidized rates is limited to a once in a lifetime, two year maximum period. As the Bridge community partner, Baltimore HealthCare Access, Inc. processes eligibility for the program.

Call us today to get more information about Bridge.
