• Come into to our offices on the 9th Floor at the above address and apply in person between the hours of 8:30am  and 4:30pm - Monday through Friday.

The online application process is being piloted at several city sites and will be available soon to all City residents. Currently the online application is available only in English.  The Spanish version will be operational soon.  When your application is sent successfully you will receive a thank you notice.  Use your browsers Back button to return to the web site.  Online applications are processed within ten business days, the same as paper applications.
